Alta Vista Family Multicultural Potluck Dinner
Thursday, June 19th from 5:30-8:30pm
Alta Vista Public School: Gym 2
Please join us for this popular event! Wear traditional attire from your country of origin (or anyone else’s) and enjoy delicious foods from around the world. There will also be a talent show and henna artists (from 7:00 to 7:35pm)
Some notes for our special evening:
*This is a family event — parents should accompany their children.
*Please bring enough food and drink for your family plus 3 or more people.
*Please NO PEANUTS OR NUT PRODUCTS.
*Please do your best to arrive at 5:30 sharp so that all the delicious food can be set out on time.
*Tea and coffee will be provided.
*Dessert will be served at 6:40pm
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED. Please let us know if you can help set up, serve, or clean up (from 7:50 to 8:00pm).
Let us know if you will be attending, what food/drink you would like to bring and share, and if you can lend a hand. Your child has brought home a form that can be filled out and returned to the school. Please do so by June 13th.
