Get ready to declutter your garage and get ready for winter!
On Thursday, September 29, 2022, between 4:15-6:00 pm, bring in your winter sports equipment that you want to sell. Please make sure everything is clean and in good/safe working condition, and name your selling price.
We will gratefully accept the following items:
Skates, Skating helpers, Skis, Ski boots, Ski bags, Snowboards, Snowboard boots, Snowboard bags, Hockey equipment, Hockey bags, Sleds, Snowshoes, Winter jackets, Snowsuits, Gloves/Mitts, Winter boots
We will not accept helmets.
On Saturday, October 1, 2022:
- the Snow Out Blow Out will take place at AVPS from 12:00-2:00 pm. This is a cash-only, first-come, first-serve event. No items will be put on hold.
- If you brought in items to sell, please come to the school from 2-2:15pm. If your item is sold, you will receive 70% of the sale price, and the remaining 30% will go to School Council to enrich the learning experience of all AVPS students. If you don’t want your item back, or if you don’t come to pick it up, it will be donated to the school after the sale. We cannot keep items for later pick-up and need to clear the gym.

It’s your assistance that makes these events possible and we appreciate it! It is also a great way for High School students to get Volunteer Hours!
Volunteer to help collect items for the Snow Out Blow Out Sale during the BBQ, and/or selling items on October 1 by signing up here for a shift.
